Friday Night Friends

Third Fridays (unless specified) | 6:30pm-8pm

Please complete this form prior to the first time you are going to attend a CHOSEN Friday Night Friends Event so we can make each attendee feel supported and comfortable. Completion of this form is a starting point to help us have a conversation if necessary about how we can appropriately support your loved one based on the resources we can offer. Be assured that all of the information you have provided will be maintained in the strictest of confidence and will be shared only with the appropriate CCC staff and volunteers.


Friday Night Friends is a monthly social event typically offered on the third Friday of the month for youth/adults ages 14+ with special needs. Events vary each month but include dances, game nights, karaoke, service projects, holiday-themed parties, etc. We typically enjoy a potluck dinner so ask attendees to bring a side dish or dessert to share if they are able. Caregivers are welcome to attend if they like. Volunteers are on hand to provide support and friendship!


Once you register you will be placed on an email list and receive a reminder email approximately one week prior to the event with more details.
